In The Good Wife spinoff The Good Fight, attorney Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) is about to retire in the south of France. But when she discovers that her friend/investor Henry Rindell has been arrested for a Ponzi scheme, Diane’s plan for retirement is crushed. Not only does she have to go back to work, but she must also face Henry’s daughter, Maia, an aspiring attorney. Diane is her godmother.

Maia is portrayed by Rose Leslie. Americans will recognize the 30-year-old Scottish actress from her roles on Downton Abbey (Gwen Dawson) and on Game of Thrones (Ygritte) opposite Kit Harington who played Jon Snow.
