In the Supergirl episode ‘Supergirl Lives’, Kara (Melissa Benoist) investigates the disappearance of Izzy (Harley Quinn Smith). Kara is warned by Snapper Carr (Ian Gomez) to leave the story alone and for a good reason. While snooping around, Kara is thrust through a portal to another planet. On the planet, Roulette is in charge and she’s running a slave trafficking ring.
Roulette is portrayed by Dichen Lachman. The Nepal-born actress (her mom is Tibetan, her father is Australian) is known for her roles on The Last Ship (Jesse), Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Jiayling), Shameless (Angela), The 100 (Anya), King & Maxwell (Benny), Last Resort (Tani Tumrenjack), and Being Human (Suren), among others. Supergirl airs Mondays at 8pm on CW.
