The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is the oldest and largest privately held specialty coffee and tea retailer in the United States. The company has been brewing and selling coffee and tea in Southern California since 1963, but recently hired a new president and CEO, John Fuller. Fuller is going on Undercover Boss to check in on the people who run some of the 1,000 Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf stores worldwide. It’s not his first time on the show.
Fuller went undercover on Undercover Boss when he was the CEO of Johnny Rockets in 2010. It was Fuller’s first time working in a restaurant. And you can tell.
