WAGS Miami features seven girlfriends and wives of professional athletes living in Miami. For the first episode, all of the ladies gather to celebrate the engagement of Darnell Nicole to Reshad Jones, NFL safety with the Miami Dolphins. Ashley Nicole Roberts, like Darnell a mother of a two-year-old, is also about to be engaged. In a sneak peek, Ashley’s boyfriend Philip Wheeler, father of her son Philip Wheeler II, says he’s asked Ashley’s father for his blessing.
Phillip Wheeler is a 31-year-old NFL linebacker playing for the Atlanta Falcons. He played college football at Georgia Tech before being drafted in the third round of the 2008 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts. He later played for the Oakland Raiders, the Miami Dolphins and the San Francisco 49ers before signing with the Falcons in October 2015. WAGS Miami airs Sundays at 10pm on E!
