Football player Travis Kelce is a 27-year-old tight end on the Kansas City Chiefs. He is also the star of a new dating reality TV show, Catching Kelce. The TV network E! has selected 50 women – one from each U.S. state – to participate in the competition. In the premiere episode, while standing on a football field with all 50 women, Kelce commends the women for their courage: “The courage that it takes to come out here to try and pursue love, it means more than you can imagine to me. This is real life. I’m dedicated to finding the girl of my dreams.”
Right away two women are eliminated. Will one be London, the 27-year-old from Tennessee who claims to be a born-again virgin? As she explains it, “I am not a virgin but from now on – or from a few months before, now on – I am waiting until I get married to have sex.” Catching Kelce airs Wednesdays at 9pm on E!
