On The Profit, Marcus Lemonis travels to California to meet with Flex Watches. The company is known for making 10 watches of 10 different colors. Each color represents a charity/cause that Flex donates 10 percent to. So far, Flex has raised more than $14k to stop hunger in Mexico and more than $7k to help stop breast cancer.

When Lemonis meets with Flex co-founders Travis Lubinsky and Trevor Jones, Lemonis tells them to come up with new designs that are “on story.” Jones replies, “I don’t think every design has to be on story.” That’s a problem for Lemonis. Jones implies that he no longer wants to emphasize the company’s charity which was inspired by the passing of Jones’ mother who died of breast cancer. But that emotional connection Jones has with his late mother is what Lemonis believes “must come out” and show in the brand. Note: This isn’t Jones’ first time on TV. Jones has used his good looks to promote Flex Watches on an MTV commercial and on Season 8 of Millionaire Matchmaker, where he went out on a date former The Hills star Stephanie Pratt. See below. The Profit airs Tuesdays at 10pm on CNBC.
