In the Season 5 premiere of Basketball Wives LA, two new women are introduced. DJ Duffey is Brandi Maxiell’s “sister” friend from Dallas. She’s engaged to sports agent Iman Shokuohizadeh. Angel Love is from New Orleans, she’s in her 20s, claims to have three college degrees, and is a Registered Nurse. She’s currently dating NBA player DeJuan Blair of the Washington Wizards.
Angel says, “I’m definitely not worried about any cast members on the show.” But she admits, “I’m having a little difficulty with my guy but overall I think I can make a good situation out of this.” Basketball Wives LA airs Sundays at 9pm on VH1.
