Syfy, the TV network that airs the insanely popular Sharknado movies, is reporting live from San Diego Comic Con. There, Syfy will sit down with one of the Sharknado stars, Tara Reid (American Pie). Reid plays April who was presumed dead at the end of Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! But she’s back. Five years have passed, and April is now bionic, thanks to her scientist father (Gary Busey).

When Fin’s father the Colonel (David Hasselhoff) discovers April is alive, he shows great emotion on the screen. As Hasselhoff says in the Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens trailer: “Tara Reid and I will probably win awards for this, I’m not sure what award but we’ll definitely win.” Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens premieres July 31 at 8pm on Syfy.
