Former city worker Paul Watts of Sacramento, California is the entrepreneur behind Graffiti Removal Services. He’s invented a non-toxic, biodegradable removal solvent that removes graffiti. Watts wants to sell it to franchisees. He pitched his business on Shark Tank in 2009. He received an offer from Robert Herjavec and Kevin O’Leary – they wanted to buy the whole company for $350,000 — but Watts said no thanks.
Since Shark Tank, Watts has moved to Portland, Oregon where he works as a US Agent with the Urban Restoration Group. In 2015, he revealed his Graffiti Removal Bike which can be seen along the city’s Eastbank Esplanade and Springwater Trail, among other popular graffiti places. “Getting a truck in there can be a challenge, having to make tight turns,” Watts explains. His three-wheeled bike can fit easily and can carry his paint and power washers. Prices vary depending on the size and location of the graffiti.
