Two pet lovers from Austin, Texas are behind Pride Bites, a line of one-of-a-kind designer dog accessories. From microfleece blankets to placemats and collars and coats, all Pride Bites products can be customized. Dog lovers choose the size and color for each product, and have the option to add your dog’s name (you choose the font) and/or a photo of the pooch.
The only “non-custom” Pride Bites items are their dog toys. the Pride Bites dog toys come in a variety of designs including a slice of pizza, a piece of steak, a fire hydrant and a martini glass, among others. The toys are also available on Amazon. Pride Bites entrepreneurs will pitch their business, which is expanding into wholesale, on Shark Tank, which airs Fridays at 9pm on ABC.
