Serial entrepreneur Lisa Maginnis Rogers pitched her TC Pets (an organizer pillow for kids) on Season 1 of Shark Tank. She ultimately made a deal with Daymond John ($150k for 60 percent) but knock-offs of TC Pets wiped her out. But the rough road with TC Pets hasn’t kept Rogers from pursuing more entrepreneurial endeavors. Still working with John, Rogers has launched a new product, Masque Rage, a line of fashionable temporary tattoo masks for women inspired by Mardi Gras in New Orleans.
Rogers will appear on Beyond the Tank and talk about what she learned from TC Pets and how she’s applying those lessons to Masque Rage. “I have so much room to pivot easily because the cost is so low,” she explains on Beyond the Tank, which airs Tuesdays at 10pm on ABC. The average Masque Rage mask sells for $10.
