Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren knows the region’s reputation for toughness — and speaking on behalf of her constituents she fired a barrage of tweets at GOP candidate Ted Cruz for his attempts to paint himself as a martyr. Cruz, who is trying to out-Trump Trump — claiming to be even more of a victim than the billionaire — got an earful from Warren. Cruz wrote about the “significant sacrifices” he’s made and the “constant attacks” he’s suffered — all just so he can win office and protect the people from themselves.
Warren, who is Donald Trump’s equal in delivering the blistering tweet, thinks other people have it rougher than the millionaire senator from Texas:
