Who Is Peter’s Lawyer Mike Tascioni on ‘The Good Wife’?

On The Good Wife episode “Hearing,” a grand jury against Governor Peter Florrick (Chris Noth) is assembled. The court proceedings are led by Assistant U.S. Attorney Connor Fox (Matthew Morrison) who will be a hard nut to crack. Peter’s attorney, Mike Tascioni — the ex-husband of the untraditional (kooky?) lawyer Elsbeth Tascioni — will have his hands full.

Mike Tascioni is portrayed by Will Patton. He’s best known for his roles in the films Remember The Titans (Coach Bill Yoast), Armageddon (Chick), Copycat (Nicoletti), The Client (Sgt. Hardy), Desperately Seeking Susan (Wayne Nolan), No Way Out (Scott Pritchard), After Hours (Horst), and Silkwood (Joe), among others. Patton is also recognized for his most current role as Captain Weaver on the TV show Falling Skies. The Good Wife airs Sundays at 9pm on CBS.
