In March 2014, Daytime Emmy Award-winning actor Andrew Kavovit (As the World Turns) and his adorable 6-year-old daughter Kiowa Kavovit went on Shark Tank to pitch Kiowa’s invention, Boo Boo Goo, “a paint-on bandage.” The soothing salve came in several fun colors and in a 5 oz. nail polish bottle so kids could have fun painting on the colorful solution themselves.

The Kavovits made a deal with Kevin O’Leary ($100k for 25% contingent on an issued patent) and got lots of attention during and after Shark Tank. But according to the website, they were not able to fulfill the orders made online. The Kavovits wrote: “BUT, all of you in The Boo Boo Goo Crew who showed your support as customers already will receive a full refund AND we have arranged to have your order fulfilled free of charge when shipment is ready as a token of our appreciation for being among the first supporters of Boo Boo Goo!” Nearly two years later, there has been no update on the website and the Boo Boo Goo brand is hard to find online.[Related: 27 Favorite ‘Shark Tank’ Products at Amazon — New List]
