ABC TV, home of Extreme Weight Loss is premiering a new weight-loss show, My Diet Is Better Than Yours. All five of the contestants – including a stay-at-home-mom, a grandfather, and a local radio personality — are from Atlanta, where the show was filmed. Each contestant has the opportunity to switch their diet/exercise program if they decide it’s not working for them. Whoever loses the most weight wins $50,000 cash, $20,000 in free groceries from Atlanta’s Earthfare, and a “new body” spread in People magazine.

The host of the show is Shaun T. The celebrity trainer is Anna Kaiser. She works with svelte celebs including Kelly Ripa and Shakira. Drew Barrymore is known to work out at Kaiser’s gym/studio AKTinMotion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. My Diet Is Better Than Yours airs Thursdays at 9pm on ABC.
