Former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is currently in the news for endorsing 2016 presidential candidate Donald Trump. While in the spotlight, she is also blaming President Obama for her son’s recent arrest. Her 26-year-old son, Army veteran Track Palin, was arrested at the Palin family home in Wasilla, Alasaka. The charges include fourth-degree assault, interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime (he was with this 22-year-old girlfriend) and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.
When not speaking to the press about politics, Palin is trying her hand in real estate. The Palin family is selling the six-bedroom house in Scottsdale, Arizona that they bought in 2011 for nearly $1.7 million. In December 2015 it was put on the market for $2.5 million. The 7,900 square-foot home sits on 5 acres and includes a six-car garage, pool, basketball court and putting green. The “GRIT” wall plaque in the kitchen is included.
