Kobe Bryant has seen the future and it looks like Steph Curry. The Mamba has been around great basketball longer than just about anybody still playing (forgive us, Tim Duncan) and he’s a generous man in assessing it: he thinks this year’s Warriors could challenge the NBA record 33 wins in a row (Lakers, 1971-71). But as the Warriors (16-0) set the new record for best start to an NBA season, Bryant was practically an accomplice.

The Lakers rolled over in a 111-77 to the Warriors in Oakland. Bryant shot 1-of-14 from the field. His lone make was a 3-pointer, the sole 3-point-attempt to drop out of his seven. That makes Bryant 2-of-21 in the past two games from 3-point territory.
