On the Season 4 premiere of Arrow, the evil Damien Darhk leads a ghostly group of assassins to attack Star City. Oliver (Stephen Arnell) leaves his romantic getaway with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) to return to and defend the City. But Diggle (David Ramsey, wearing a new costume!) gets in Oliver’s way. He doesn’t want Oliver on the team fighting against Damien Darhk and the rest of his crew.
Damien Darhk is portrayed by Neal McDonough. He’s been on tons of TV shows including Suits (Sean Cahill), Desperate Housewives (Dave Williams) and the 1996 series The Incredible Hulk (Dr. Bruce Banner). McDonough is also known for his roles in films including Minority Report, Captain America: The First Avenger, Flags of Our Fathers
