Every year Under Armour hosts an annual R&D competition called Under Armour Future Show Innovation Challenge. While the title of the competition is a snoozer, the products aren’t. The 2015 winner is RaesWear, a line of exercise shorts ($35) and pants that come with a sleek pouch/pocket on the waistband. It can hold a phone, keys, or cash with no danger of them falling out while you’re working out. RaesWear didn’t just win the title and $50,000 grand prize, but also a chance to work with Under Armour.

UA vice president of innovation Kevin Haley says that for the first time, the company “will actually end up doing some kind of business with all the finalists.” Runner up is Handana, a line of stylish wristbands worn around the hand that allows the wearer to wipe away sweat and nasal drip that gets in the way of a workout. A size small goes for $15.99.
