Texas Christian University’s Horned Frogs will face the Kansas State Wildcats in the Big 12 on October 10 (7:30pm on FOX). Last year, TCU thumped the Wildcats, 41-20. But can the Horned Frogs and coach Gary Patterson do it again? “Danger Zone” singer Kenny Loggins thinks so. On stage, Loggins recently held up the purple jersey of Charlie Reid (#82) with a great big smile on his face. Coach Patterson retweeted the endorsement.
Another celebrity, actress Sainty Nelsen, also retweeted the Loggins photo. Okay, Nelsen’s biased — she was born Molly St. John Reid – she’s the big sister of Charlie Reid! But her endorsement still counts. (She changed her name when she married Eric Nelsen — AJ Chandler on All My Children — in 2013.)
