Kat Cole is the 36-year-old president of Cinnabon. She’s been leading the bakery retail company for the past four years. Cinnabon boasts $1 billion in sales from its stores scattered across more than 30 countries. Not long after she took the head job at Cinnabon, she dared to go on Undercover Boss. It worked out well, obviously.

In January 2015, Cole was promoted to Group President of Cinnabon’s parent company Focus Brands, which is owned by the private equity firm of Roark Capital. In addition to Cinnabon, Cole is now responsible for five additional franchise food brands – Auntie Anne, Carvel, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAllister’s Deli and Schlotzsky’s. How did such a young executive learn so much about franchise food brands? She started her career as a hostess at Hooters. She became a Vice President at the age of 26. She was 32 when she joined Cinnabon in 2010, the same year she received her MBA from Georgia State University. To learn more about Cole’s new position, watch her interview on CNBC’s On the Money.
