Caroline Fleming of Ladies of London says living without a mother is “a massive loss.” She explains that “a mommy is a life guide.” So Fleming seeks guidance in therapy. She says, “If you can find the right therapist, it’s one of life’s greatest gifts.” To demonstrate her belief in therapy, Fleming invites the Ladies of London camera crew to join her in a session.
During the session, Fleming – who continually looks up at the ceiling while talking – tells her therapist that her astrologist friend Estelle gave her a reading and told her she was going to meet someone. And she did! (“He’s younger than I, and I don’t give a shit!” says Fleming.) The therapist can’t get a word in edgewise. Fleming isn’t listening and continues to interrupt the therapist who is trying to get Fleming to focus. Fleming goes on to tell the therapist that after meeting this “new friend”, she feels like she’s 16. Like it’s “magic.” The therapist tells Fleming, “You feel quite grounded to me though, so even though you feel like 16, and you feel sparkly….” hold on, Fleming’s phone buzzes. And yes, she picks it up. Ladies of London airs Mondays at 10pm on Bravo.
