In Lifetime’s TV movie River Raft Nightmare, a mother and daughter’s white-water rafting trip goes all wrong. They get separated from their rafting party and then on land, the daughter witnesses a murder. When she sees the escaped convicts shoot a man in the head, she screams. They follow the women and then at gun point, force the wrong-place-wrong-time rafters to take them down river in their raft.

The mother Sharon is portrayed by Brigid Brannagh. She’s appeared on several TV shows including Grimm (Sara Fisher), Murder in the First (Sally Smoot), NCIS, Cold Case, Without a Trace, and 24, among others, but she’s best known for her role as Pamela Moran in Army Wives. River Raft Nightmare premieres on Lifetime on September 5 at 8pm. It will air again on September 6 at 12am and 5pm.
