Things don’t look good for the mother and daughter in Lifetime’s TV movie River Raft Nightmare. During a weekend white-water rafting trip they get separated from their rafting party. On land, the daughter witnesses two men murdering another — and she screams. The killers then chase her down and force the two women to take them down river in their raft.

Turns out they’re escaped convicts. The head escaped convict Frank is portrayed by Ivan Sergei. The Tom Brady look-alike actor is best known for his roles on Charmed (Henry Mitchell), Crossing Jordan (Dr. Peter Winslow), and Jack & Jill (David “Jill” Jillefsky) with Amanda Peet and Jaime Pressly. Sergei also had a recurring role as Colin Richards on Army Wives, which starred his River Raft Nightmare co-star Brigid Brannagh (mother Sharon). River Raft Nightmare premieres on Lifetime on September 5 at 8pm. It will air again on September 6 at 12am and 5pm.
