Mona is portrayed by the daring Janel Parrish (former finalist on Dancing with the Stars). Lesli Stone is portrayed by Elizabeth McLaughlin. The 21-year-old actress from West Virginia is best known for her roles on Betrayal (Valerie McAllister) and Hand of God with Ron Perlman and Dana Delany. Pretty Little Liars airs Tuesdays at 8pm on ABC Family.
