NBA commissioner Adam Silver believes gambling on NBA games should be legal and controlled. After all, it clearly happens anyway. If Silver gets his wish, one of the most popular guys on the planet will be ex-con and former NBA ref Tim Donaghy. Donaghy went to jail for betting on NBA games while reffing them. But he says he never “fixed” a game with his calls — because he never had to.
