But then, rejuvenated after a 3-week post-season layoff, Lin is back into the game and the gym. Motivation is an interesting thing. Lin says his motivation comes from God — and doubtless it does. But he also has to be motivated by practical scenarios around the league and his desire to find a spot to thrive. Lin writes: “I may not know where I’m going next, but I trust Who I’m following!!” When he’s doing that last sprint of the day — when he’s dead tired — is free agent Jeremy Lin thinking of a return to Houston, about Denver, even Golden State?
