Florian and Shannon Radke are the owners of Cinnaholic, a bakery shop in downtown Berkeley, California. What makes their cinnamon rolls different is that they’re vegan. At the shop, you can choose from a ton of frostings (Caramel, Cream Cheese, Irish Cream, etc.) and toppings (fruit, brownie chunks, gingersnap cookies, etc.). You can add as many toppings as you like!
