Married Columbia University grads Nick and Elyse Oleksak started a bagel company in New York City. Their Bantam Bagels are actually mini bagel balls stuffed with a variety of delicious cream cheese flavors – veggie, pesto, chocolate chip, maple syrup, the list goes on. They opened their own shop on Bleecker Street and then struck a deal with QVC queen Lori Greiner on Shark Tank.

Bantam Bagels has just the one retail store in New York. They do deliver (via QVC, a box of 36 Bantam Bagels goes for about $50), but Lori wants Bantam to reach more people and thinks a name change is in order.
