Long, lean, NBA championship ring-wearing Chris Bosh was a guest during TNT’s playoff coverage Tuesday night. And though we’re used to seeing Bosh out on the floor this time of year, banging threes and generally frustrating opponents with his versatility, it was good to see him — even in street clothes. Bosh was diagnosed with blood clots in his lungs in February, an unexpected diagnosis that put a scare into the big man and the whole Miami Heat organization.
Bosh told TNT that his recovery is on track. “I’m feeling good,” he told the TNT studio crew. “I’ve been spending a lot of time with the family. It put a lot of things into perspective for me and it just feels good to be healthy.” Bosh was already a guy who seemed to have things in pretty good perspective. He’s been working out and he expects to be ready for next season.
