Rumer Willis exceeded all expectations and triumphed as this season’s Dancing With the Stars champion. (Rumer was so good that DWTS Julianne Hough told her after her final performance, “You make me want to be a better dancer.”) But before DWTS, Rumer wasn’t so much a star herself as she was famous for being the child of two very big stars, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.
Rumer’s theme song — and one she danced to on the show — is “Rumor Has It” by Adele. In tweeting proudly about Rumer’s triumph, Mom Demi Moore mentioned that Rumer’s little sister was so excited she blasted “Rumor Has It” and sang along after the victory. Demi knows about songs and rumors. Back in the 198os, a song she wrote with her first husband the rock musician Freddy Moore became a hit by Moore’s band The Nu-Kats.
