Shahs of Sunset newbie Asifa Mirza is taking sides in the Golnesa (aka GG) vs. Mike fight. When GG heard that Mike was going to propose to his longtime girlfriend Jessica (who converted to Judaism for him!), GG announced (in front of everyone including Jessica) that Mike tried to sleep with her when they were in Turkey. It was not a classy move on GG’s part, but she got what she wanted – everyone’s attention.
Asifa, who was there when GG dropped the bomb, says “my heart goes out to Jessica.” And Asifa finds GG’s big reveal dubious: “If true, this should have been addressed immediately after it happened, not a year later when she finds out Mike is proposing or at a birthday party…this is outright wrong, tactless, and will negatively affect people.” Asifa added, “The statute of limitations for this issue expired a while back.” Maybe Asifa should being going to law school instead of studying marketing at grad school.
