World Changers Church International’s current airplane was built when Ronald Reagan was president (1984) and acquired by Reverend Creflo Dollar when Bill Clinton was about to leave office (1999). It’s old, so Dollar thought the church should have a new one. He created a crowdfunding campaign to buy a new $65 million Gulfstream jet. He’s done the math: about $300 apiece from 200,000 generous souls makes this dream take flight. Cumulus, here we come.
But Creflo Dollar heard some negative feedback for his plan. $65 million was too much to ask, said critics, for luxury that may exceed what’s actually necessary for executing God’s plan, such as it is. Dollar answered those critics in the video below. He’s heard those voices before and he knows what’s behind them. Yup, the devil. The devil is trying to “discredit” him, before he “starts showing people Jesus!” Creflo Dollar is probably right. It’s very well known that the devil is in the details. As one commenter points out: “if ur plane break down, go to the airport like any other pastor that travels the world. They all dont have private jets.” Commercial flights?!
