On the CW series “The Flash,” Barry Allen/The Flash (Grant Gustin) is trying to track down Ronnie Raymond (Robbie Arnell). Along the way, Barry visits Dr. Martin Stein (Victor Garber), a Nobel Prize-winning physicist who’s working on a project called Firestorm. In the DC Comics universe, Firestorm is a metahuman that’s half Dr. Stein, half Ronnie.
Actor Victor Garber is best known for his role as Jack Bristow in the ABC TV hit Alias, starring his good friend Jennifer Garner. He’s got serious acting chops on screen (he also starred in Ben Affleck’s Argo) and on stage. Garber co-starred on Broadway in the Tony Award-winning play Art with Alan Alda and Alfred Molina. And he played the role of Frederic in the Los Angeles Opera production of A Little Night Music. A bona fide triple threat. The Flash airs Tuesday at 8pm on The CW.
