Gina Rivera and her husband Jason opened their own hair salon after the birth of their son, Phenix. They called it Phenix Salon. Seven years later and the Riveras now run a franchised salon chain with 50 locations nationwide. To help figure out how to double the number of salons by end of the year, Gina goes undercover on CBS’s Undercover Boss.
Gina is known for her Pink-esque short blond hairdo so for the show she dons a long brunette wig. But not any old wig. Her father, who’s been styling hair for 50 years, made her the wig. As with all the Undercover Boss episodes, expect the boss to learn a lot about her business – including how to shave a man’s head!
