At the 2015 Detroit Auto Show, Ford revealed the new GT. It has a 600-horsepower EcoBoost V-6 engine. The body is made of carbon fiber. “We wouldn’t have been able to build [this] car 60 years ago. Even 20 years ago,” said Ford vice president of design, Moray Callum.
Ford didn’t say how much the GT will cost but many speculate that it could be as high as $250,000 – based on its competitiors like the Lamborghini Huracan ($237k) and the Ferrari 458 Speciale ($298k). Go Banking Rates says if you get a five-year loan, you could get one for $3600 a month.
