Some Simpson fans say she made up for the weird post by posting an adorable pic of her one-year-old Ace Knute sitting in a diaper playing the piano. But maybe Simpson’s mysterious post is a cryptic message that her giant merchandising operation, Belk–which already has a big home goods presence with bedding–is going to make a big move into the carpet business. After all, the tabloids are always referring to toddler Ace and Jessica’s sister Ashlee’s baby, Bronx Mowgli, as “rugrats.”
