Sony isn’t afraid if moviegoers aren’t afraid. After saying it would pull the release of The Interview on Christmas day, Sony now says it’ll release the controversial film. Sony’s earlier decision was largely a result of theater chains cancelling the showing, based on fears due to threats from hackers. But for those theaters that are willing to show it–and as a reward to moviegoers who aren’t afraid–Sony is giving the greenlight for Kim Jong-un to be murdered on screen at a number of theaters around the country.
At Business Insider, Kirsten Acuna has started a list of the theaters where you can see Jong-un get killed, right after Santa stops by. So far here is the list, consisting mostly of the maverick chain Alamo Draft House:
California: Mission Grove Theater, Riverside
Colorado: Alamo Drafthouse, Littleton
Georgia: The Plaza Atlanta
Missouri:
Alamo Drafthouse, Kansas City
MX Movies, St. Louis
New York: Alamo Drafthouse, Yonkers
Ohio: Tower City Cinemas, Cleveland
Pennsylvania: Pittsburgh Southside Works
Texas:

Alamo Drafthouse, Dallas/Fort Worth
Alamo Drafthouse, Richardson
Alamo Drafthouse, San Antonio
Virginia: The Alamo Drafthouse, Ashburn
