But Wilson is expert at putting things succinctly: “People will pay for it,” Wilson told a gathering a Le Web today, “When you’re sick you want to get well.” Wilson, a founding partner at Union Square Ventures, thinks health and wellness offers better growth opportunity than any other sector out there.
Change is always attractive to those like Wilson, who specialize in taking profits from “disruption.” Wilson says the tech changes in healthcare like wearables, along with–quite simply–the growing customer base around the world, make this health and wellness sector irresistible.
