It’s been nearly 20 years since singer Jewel made her debut with the song Who Will Save Your Soul. Four Grammy Award nominations and 13 albums later, Jewel is now serving as a judge on the fifth season of the a cappella competition show The Sing-Off on NBC. But do you recognize her? It’s been a tough year for the 40-year-old musician. In February she said she’s started working on her next album which she says will not be released by a major record label – she’s going to produce it herself. And in July she announced on her website that she and her husband of six years, rodeo cowboy Ty Murray, are divorcing. In 2009-2010, they were both contestants on Dancing with the Stars (Season 8), appeared on the HGTV Celebrity Holiday Homes special, the ABC reality show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and WWE Raw – where together they had a bull-riding competition for the WWE Divas.
