Tom Brady will make $26 million over the next three years playing football for the New England Patriots. He’ll be 40 when that contract is up. He knows–and has said repeatedly–that he’s near the end of his career. And he wants to make the most of the time he has left. So he gets to bed early.
Well, not just early, but at 8:30 pm, according to info turned up by Bill Simmons. Brady recently confirmed on the radio that it’s true, he’s in bed early. He didn’t used to do that. When he was 25, he said, he was “fast and loose.” Then again, nowadays when he goes to bed often enough his wife is there, one presumes. That would be Gisele Bundchen. There are plenty of people who would go to bed at any hour if Gisele was there. Not to take away from Brady’s discipline but…
