At one point in the first half the Golden State Warriors were down 16 points against the Miami Heat–but that doesn’t matter the way the Warriors score. Especially the Warrior Chief, Steph Curry. Curry scored 40 points on 12-for-19 shooting including 8-for-11 from 3-point range. He had seven assists and six rebounds. It was Curry’s fifth career game in which he made at least five 3-pointers and dished five assists. That passed Ray Allen, who accomplished that combo four times.
The Warriors defense was also something to talk about. The Warriors held the Heat to just 11 points in the 4th quarter. Steph Curry by the way? Three steals. Final: Warriors over Heat, 114-97.
