Professional dancer and now judge on Dancing With the Stars, Julianne Hough, was raised Mormon in Utah – along with her brother Derek Hough, another incredible DWTS pro. She recently told Shape magazine that she’s started to pray again. “I do it every day. I sit quietly – or actually get on my knees—and then say the things that I’m grateful for out loud.”
The 26-year-old blond says her daily routine includes eight hours of sleep, a good healthy breakfast and 10 minutes spent cuddling with her dogs.
