NBC cast stage veteran actor Christopher Walken as Captain Hook in the network’s live musical spectacular Peter Pan Live! (The exclamation belongs to NBC.) As the infamous pirate Walken will play opposite Allison Williams (HBO’s Girls) who plays Peter Pan, the boy who wouldn’t grow up. Peter Pan Live! will air December 4.
Walken was trained as a dancer at a young age. His graceful steps were seen most recently in Fatboy Slim’s Weapon of Choice video. But can Christopher Walken sing? “I’m not a good singer,” Walken confessed to Entertainment Weekly. “The songs are done almost like patter. Think Rex Harrison in My Fair Lady.”
