Today is Harry Potter’s birthday (and that of his creator J.K. Rowling). Tor.com has scoured the Net in search of the best Potter fan art. It’s an eclectic collection of brilliant work, from the romantic to the tragic. Potter fans, like True Detective enthusiasts, there seems to be no limit to their imagination, whether it’s imagining Harry, Hermione and Ron as Tim Burton might have seen them, or charting all seven years at Hogwarts in one painting, or even looking into the future to see what sort of dad Harry will be.
