In Idaho a man in his late twenties bit his girlfriend several times. This naturally caused her to make some noise, whereupon the police were summoned. Charged with, among other things, attempted strangulation, the man went peacefully.
The girlfriend, according to the police, had incited the violence by trying to pour a bottle of vodka down the drain.
