Margaret from Tinley Park, Illinois is the inventor behind Curly Girls United, a line of dolls with naturally curly hair. Most dolls in toy stores have perfectly straight, right out of the salon kind of hair (most notably, the world’s most recognizable Barbie). Margaret is pitching Curly Girls United on The Toy Box (March 12).
There are currently 3 different Curly Girls United Dolls (Honey, Kayla, and Monica) available on Margaret’s Brown Eyed Dolls website. The 18” dolls which come with a bonus nightgown are sold for $69.99. The Toy Box airs Fridays at 8pm on ABC, right before Shark Tank.
