Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality TV star and model Kendall Jenner and her friend Hailey Baldwin (daughter of Stephen Baldwin) are accused of leaving a New York City restaurant, Mercer Kitchen, without paying. When the waitress, aspiring actress Blaine Morris, ran out to bring the bill to their attention, Jenner and Baldwin returned and paid the $33 bill with a $7 tip. The waitress claims Jenner threw the money in her face, which btw is not illegal. What is illegal is defamation.
Jenner is considering suing Morris after Morris told her “fictionalized” story via Twitter. Jenner is represented by Marty Singer – aka Entertainment Lawyer of the Year. He’s the go-to attorney for Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone and Charlie Sheen. Watch out, Blaine!
