When not critiquing the contestants on American Idol with fellow singers Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan, mega pop star Katy Perry is often turning heads as she promotes the venerable talent competition. As seen below in New York City, in a stunning white crop top with a plunging neckline, Perry says she thought the fashion-forward ensemble was “appropriate to share cause I’m feeling PRESSED whittling down our final contestants.”
Perry’s fans are going wild over the “pressed” look. As one fan replied: “Whatever era this is, I’m here for it.”
With the cutout dress above, mama Perry admits to being “stressed.” She wrote: “The stress of choosing the last 12 of your Top 24 > watching your toddler down 17 Easter chocolates right before naptime.” The official American Idol Instagram account replied: “Stressed to impress.”
And when Perry walked out in the red hot strapless corset number above, even Kim Kardashian noticed and dropped a fire emoji and a red heart emoji.
