Based on the photo below, D.J.’s daughter, Mary Conner (Jayden Rey), has an opinion on the matter.
Also seen in the photo above is young actor Nico David, who guest stars on the episode. Nico has appeared on several TV shows including NCIS: Hawaii (see below), Grey’s Anatomy, 9-1-1, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., among others.
Nico most recently played Ben Affleck’s nephew in the 2020 film The Way Back.
The Conners airs Wednesdays at 8 pm on ABC, right before The Goldbergs at 8:30 pm, followed by Abbott Elementary at 9 pm, Home Economics at 9:30 pm, and Big Sky at 10 pm.
